The default numerical keyboard on some Samsung devices does not support decimal commas. This means that it is not possible to enter a decimal antenna height or geoid separation value when configuring an external GNSS receiver. This problem only occurs with the default keyboard provided on some Samsung devices and can be avoided by using a keyboard that does support decimal commas.

Default values that are larger than the field length, use of the multiline user input on fields that are smaller than 255 characters, or required fields that do not have a value may be the cause of submission errors when the project is used in the mobile app. Contact your project author to update the project in the designer.

On Android Q devices, to allow capture of records when QuickCapture is running in the background, you must choose Allow all the time for the Allow to access this device's location setting. If you chose a different option when prompted, you can change your response to this question by going to Settings > Privacy > Permission manager > Location, choosing QuickCapture, and then choosing Allow all the time.

On iOS 13 devices, to allow capture of records when QuickCapture is running in the background, you must choose While using the App for the Allow location access setting. Although a feature service can be created that contains emojis in field names, data cannot be submitted to the feature service with any tool.

If the layer referenced by a button is unshared or deleted, the data source for that button cannot be updated. This issue can only be fixed by resharing the service or editing the project JSON to remove the reference.

The designer does not check if values entered on the data tab meet field length requirements. If the default value is too large or the wrong data type, submission errors may occur when the project is used in the mobile app.

The designer does not check if layers used in a project have required fields. If a layer has required fields, and no default value has been set in the designer, submission errors may occur when the project is used in the mobile app.

The multiline user input assumes that any field being updated is 255 characters long. If a multiline user input is used to update a text field that is smaller than this, submission errors may occur when the project is used in the mobile app.

The web designer and mobile app only support nonfederated services if the service has been secured with token-based security, and credentials have been saved into the corresponding item that it was added to.
